Terms Of Service

GENERAL:
I WILL ONLY ACCEPT ART THAT HAS REFERENCES. I can complete it faster that way, as I do not have the time or patience for creating designs for a commission, I'm sorry!I WILL NOT draw nsfw of Loli, shota, feral, cub characters. If the character looks or is a character stated to be a minor, I wont draw them in NSFW or in a Suggestive setting. I will NOT draw Explicit fetish content, or content that can be taken as fetish content. (example: BDSM gear, vore, babyfur, feet as the sole focus, etc)


REVISIONS:
Revisions Update: 5 free revisions are included during the sketch After the limit has been reached, there will be a fee of $5 per revisions. AFTER SKETCH HAS BEEN APPROVED NO MAJOR REVISIONS ARE ACCEPTED
(Example; Posing, limb sizing, expression changes, etc.) Minor revisions are no extra cost.Minor revisions include:
-missed items
-inaccurate colors
-personal errorINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
I would appreciate it if you credited me when posting it.Personal use (Not to be used in gaming assets, thumbnail assets, resold as merch):
-No extra charge, the only thing required is you credit me as the artist when you can.Monetization Use (Streaming assets, emotes, thumbnail assets, etc)
-There will be a flat fee of $10 per asset commissioned, and I must be credited as the artist.Commercial Use (Reselling art, used for merchandise, used as an adopt, used in book covers)
-There will be a minimum fee of 200% the commission. And you must credit me as the creator of the art.My art is to NOT be used for ai. Doing so will result in a ban from future commissions.


REFUNDS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PRODUCT IS RECIEVED. Partial Refunds are ONLY accepted BEFORE the finished product. No refunds will be issued once the commission is completed. Refunds will also be denied if you fail to respond after one month after payments for updates.


COMMUNICATION
Due to an influx of commissions I will be updating my communication methods. I will be trying to use Trello -site that allows you to view updates for commissions- so you can see all live updates to your commission. I will still contact you for clarifications, major updates and so on, but be sure to check my Trello for more accurate updates. Failure to respond within 3 weeks after the commission is done and waiting final approval will result in automatic completion and no refund.Major points of contact will be:
-Payment discussion and pre-planning
-Sketch Approval
-Final approval

PAYMENT PLANS
I do accept payment plans! Please let me know! I can be flexible to meet your needs. I often request 50% to Max amount you can put down as a deposit, and then split it into 1 - 2 payments that are split in half. Art will not be given until the final payment has been received.For ROBUX: All Roblox game passes are sectioned off to each add-on. If you need to purchase the gamepasses separately through out the commission, then that is fine, but ALL REQUIRED GAMEPASSES MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE THE COMMISSION CAN BE RECIEVED/COMPLETED. This means the commission will take as long as you necessary until the full amount has been paid.
